Customer input data will be captured by our CRM system and used for internal business development purposes and will not be shared with third parties other than Air Bear team members such as Everest Financial Networks and in that case only if the user has indicated interest in municipal financing.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile within our CRM system. All users can opt out of any future electronic marketing by accessing the CAN-SPAM features embedded within any electronic communication as required by law.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data
